Billings businesses are in a period of growth this summer and fall. Retail pet stores are expanding their spaces and some are opening 2nd locations. Office users are looking to expand their spaces and some are moving within the building they currently occupy to larger spaces in the same building. We are seeing more interest in the I-90 corridor and Frontage Road properties than we have seen for quite a while with businesses buying land to build bigger stores than their current locations. This is all solid and positive growth to meet the demands of our growing city.
