Brian is a native of small town, Big Timber, MT, and has been a resident of Billings for the last seven years. Brian attended the University of Montana-Missoula where he attained his degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in Finance. This education helped propel Brian into his 10-year banking career, which served as a 10-year education grounds of not only the financing of commercial real estate and business going-concerns, but additionally a strong understanding for the potential of investment real estate. Brian’s personal investment portfolio has also allowed him to better understand and assess the local real estate market, bringing value to his client’s needs and desires in their real estate needs. Brian attains a dynamic understanding of financial analysis, professional negotiation, customer service and communication and relationship building that adds to the banking and investment value he is able to bring. Brian remains actively involved in the local community through his Board position with the local Habitat for Humanity affiliate, on which he’s served the last six years, ultimately serving as Board President in 2018. The main draw that brought Brian to the team at Coldwell Banker Commercial is their strong dedication to self-improvement, the passion they share for serving and communicating with their clients and the team atmosphere they have created internally. He hopes to passionately serve as an addition to this already-strong team to continue learning and growing personally alongside this amazing team.
